How GSPro Works
GSPro runs on a Windows PC and connects to your launch monitor over a local network or USB depending on the device. When you hit a shot, the launch monitor sends ball and club data to the software, which calculates ball flight using its physics model and renders the result on screen. The software verifies your active subscription and accesses community courses through an internet connection each time you launch it.
Devices that measure club data (clubhead speed, club path, face angle, angle of attack) pass that full data set to GSPro. Devices that measure ball data only use GSPro's internal club data estimation to fill in what the sensor does not capture.
What the Subscription Includes
For USD 250 per year, the GSPro subscription covers full platform access: all game modes, scoring formats, online multiplayer, course library, and software updates. There is no monthly billing option and no lifetime licence. Cancelling the subscription removes access to the platform.
Game modes include stroke play, scramble, stableford, match play, best ball, and alternate shot. Up to 8 players can join a session, locally or online. GSPro includes the Simulator Golf Tour system, which records scores and enables competitive play across the course library.
What Is GSPro Golf Simulator Software Course Library
GSPro's courses are community-created and contributed by its user base. As of mid-2026, over 1,000 LIDAR-scanned and community-designed courses are available, with additions submitted regularly. The library includes recreations of many well-known courses globally.
Courses are downloaded individually through the GSPro interface. Each course file runs approximately 1 GB, so total storage requirements scale with the number of courses you download.

Not every device delivers the same data depth to GSPro. Higher-end monitors like the TrackMan 4 or Foresight QuadMAX pass full ball and club data. Entry-level radar devices like the Garmin R10 pass ball data and basic metrics, with GSPro estimating the missing club parameters.
PC Requirements
GSPro is Windows-only and requires a dedicated GPU to run well. Minimum requirements are Windows 10 or 11, an Intel Core i5 or AMD equivalent CPU, 8 GB of RAM, an NVIDIA GTX 1070 or AMD RX 580 GPU, and 20 GB of free disk space for the base installation.
For 4K output at smooth frame rates, recommended specifications are an NVIDIA RTX 3080 or better, 32 GB of RAM, and additional storage for a growing course library.
A note on laptop GPUs: a laptop with an RTX 3060 performs significantly below a desktop RTX 3060 despite sharing the same name. If you are specifying a PC for a simulator, desktop GPU ratings apply.
GSPro vs E6 Connect
GSPro and E6 Connect are the two most common third-party simulator platforms. The practical differences come down to course quality, course quantity, pricing model, and software compatibility.
GSPro costs USD 250 per year and provides a large community-created course library. E6 Connect ranges from USD 300 to USD 600 per year depending on tier, with a smaller set of officially licensed courses and higher production graphics. E6 Connect is the default software on many commercial simulator installations and is officially certified with a wider range of launch monitors out of the box.

Is the GSPro Subscription Worth It
